Mrs Sparks

Last week our reading volunteer Mrs Sparks kindly brought in some artefacts to support us in our learning about Victorians. It was fascinating to see some of the objects from Mrs Sparks family members - objects we wouldn't see today such as hooks for fastening buttons on boots, metal plates to polish buttons on uniforms and scarves that served as textbooks for the Navy!
